Categories of The Sponsorship

Important Notes:

• All Corporate Sponsors will be granted a comprehensive full-page advertisement in the magazine. Additionally, a dedicated standing banner will be visible in the auditorium. Video/Slide marketing campaign visuals will be screened at the auditorium screen before each segment begins. Prediocally, slide campaign images will also be shown on the Lobby TV Set.
• All Individual Sponsors will be granted a half-page advertisement in the magazine. A dedicated standing banner will be displayed at the entrance of the auditorium.
• Depending on the level of corporate sponsorship, VIP entry-ticket passes will be provided. Title sponsors, platinum sponsors, and diamond sponsors will receive 4, 3, and 2 VIP entry-ticket passes respectively.
• Our premium Powered By sponsorship package allows your brand to be prominently displayed on all awards in the ISBAA and is exclusively available to one company, with 4 VIP entry-tickets included.
• Regular entry-ticket passes will be provided depending on the level of Individual sponsorship. Gold sponsors, silver sponsors, and bronze sponsors will receive 4, 3, and 2 regular entry-ticket passes respectively.
• Full payment is mandatory upon the confirmation of sponsorship for all sponsors from Canada and America. All confirmations and payments should be completed by September 26th, 2025.
• For our sponsors in Bangladesh, an initial deposit of 30% of the total sponsorship amount is required upon signing the contract. An additional 20% is due at the time of confirming the schedule date for individual biometric process. The remaining final 50% is expected after the VISA issuance. In case of VISA denial, the already paid 50% will be fully refunded.
• All Sponsors from Bangladesh agree to pay the Canadian Lawyer’s non-refundable legal fee of CAD 565.00 (CAD 500.00 + 13% HST amount of CAD 65.00) for the submission of their VISA application in Canada, in addition to a non-refundable CAD 185.00 for Canadian VISA application & biometric fees for each individual enrolled applicant.
• Sponsors from Bangladesh are required to confirm their sponsorship agreement and submit all necessary visa-related documents by May 31st, 2025. Maximum 1-person of each sponsor from Bangladesh will be allowed to join the event if sponsorship payment is less than BDT 15,00,000.00. In this case, sponsor will be responsible for their own airfare and accommodation. For sponsorship amount BDT 15,00,000.00 and above, we will accept maximum 2-person to visit the event as a sponsor and will be agreed to provide 2 airfares and accommodations for their visit.
• Sponsors who revoke their sponsorship agreement within a 30-day period, and have made an advance payment, are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked.
• HST/VAT will be applied if applicable to all corporate cheque payments, and an official invoice is mandatory.
